RIGHT OF RETURN

We value our clients. You are at the first place for us because you are the reason of our existence. We assure you that you can replace or return any item purchased by us within 14 business days. If you find any inconsistency in the shipment you receive, contact us at office@dejujufashion.com Our operator will explain all the details again.

REPLACE
The delivery is undertaken by the customer.
Procedure:
Please contact us at 00359 889 634 777 and our colleagues will be happy to organize the replacement for you.
You should take the shipment to the nearest SPEEDY office or any other courier you want. And send it to Diva Broker EOOD, TELEPHONE - 00359 889 634 777.
That is all.
When we receive the item, we will send the new item to you.
 
Please, package the shipment with its original packaging to prevent it from getting dirty or damaged during delivery to us.

RETURN

The consumer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 working days from the date of receipt. For this purpose, the product must be in its original packaging, without any traces of use or breach of the product's appearance in accordance with the provisions of Art. 55 (para. 1) of the Civil Protection Act. After an inspection within 40 working days (by law), the buyer's amount is refunded or the product is replaced by up to 20 business days (by law). We usually try to refund and replace the item within 5 working days. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the product is returned to the buyer, who accepts all transport costs. The replacement or return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer unless an established defect in the item.
 
For both procedures, we ask you a few things:
1. The withdrawal or the claim shall occur within 14 days of the date of receipt of the shipment.
2. Products to be returned or replaced are those that have not undergone any treatment (washing, ironing, cutting and other tampering, and removal of labels)
3. The product must be returned to the company address by proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
 
All shipments will be open before the sums are paid back. As soon as we are sure that the shipment meets the conditions specified, the amount will be paid back to you. Unfortunately, if the above conditions are not met, the claim will not be considered.
Unfortunately, articles made specifically for the customer - individual orders, extra production of exhausted items or items with changed color, size, style correction are not subject to return. You will receive our full assistance with the additional adjustment of these items until they become suitable for you but because they are produced or corrected specifically for our customers cannot be returned. 
     
PLEASE DO NOT SEND IT BEFORE YOU TALK WITH US; WE MUST TAKE YOUR CASE BEFORE YOU TAKE ANY ACTION WITH IT, THERE IS NO WAY TO BE KNOWLEDGE WITH YOUR SPECIFIC DETAILS.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY US TO MAKE YOUR RETAIL POSSIBLE FAST AND YOU WILL RECEIVE THE NEW ARTICLE OR THE BALANCE OF YOU PAID BACK. WE DO NOT REFUSE TO REPLACE OR RETURN TO ANY OUR CUSTOMER. OUR ADMINISTRATORS WILL WANT TO ASSIST YOU.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT SENDS SENT AS STANDARD COURIER SERVICES FOR OUR ACCOUNT. 
 

The amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
Returns with returned goods that are damaged due to inappropriate packaging will be returned to the customer at his expense.
So please do not forget to carefully pack and ensure the integrity of the shipment.
